Six things to prepare before requesting a wholesale quote
Note the use date and the receiving date separately. If you need time to prep and arrange the flowers, share the installation time as well. Deciding whether a specific variety is essential, or whether a substitute in a similar color will do, makes the consultation more concrete.

- Quantities with units (stems, bunches, boxes, etc.)
- Acceptable substitute varieties or colors, and budget range
- Pickup or delivery, delivery address and venue access conditions
Compare composition and condition, not just the price per bunch
The number of stems in a “bunch” or a “box” can vary by item and terms of sale. Check the total stem count, length, grade, bloom stage and packaging together. Large-headed varieties and foliage/fillers cover different amounts on site, even when sold in the same unit.
In your quote comparison sheet, list variety and color, quantity per unit, unit price and total side by side. Checking shipping, packaging and whether tax is included on the same basis makes it easier to compare the total cost at the time you receive the flowers.
Imported or Korean fresh flowers: choose by purpose
